Stephanie Groves

I am a generic psychotherapist, based in Bristol and Glastonbury.  I don’t divide people into issues or problems.  I am deeply interested in how we all find creative ways of living our lives, whatever our experience.
I have more than 20 years experience of working as a Psychotherapist and Counsellor, with individuals, young people, couples and groups, in private practice, the NHS, and Higher Education.

When you begin therapy with me we will start by discussing your needs and whether we will work together on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period.

If you are reading this you are quite probably thinking about beginning some therapy yourself, and wondering whether it can help you.
